Somewhat boring process of lining the rims.

Here is the somewhat boring process of lining the rims. For this guitar I have chose to use standard triangle liners for the top to side joint. These liners came from a High Grade Sitka Piano sound board that was over 100 years old. I got them from a good friend Rob Busto of Paragon guitars.

The images show three different views of the liners being glued up, then the rim setting on the top. Enjoy!

  1. I assume that's the little O guitar, Lance? Do you use just the one tone bar on all sizes of tops?

    Yes this is the 0-12, All my other guitars get two tonebars. Thanks for asking! :-)
